Kenpo CardioX +... again.

Jeremy had Kenpo CardioX + on the agenda for him yesterday so I joined him. That workout is so GREAT!! It's a non-stop sweatfest that leaves you feeling strong but totally worked over. Some of the combinations are still awkward for me and I'm waiting for my mind and body to get in sync. I know I felt the same way with Kenpo and then just one day it "clicked" and I didn't have to think about what I was going to do, I just did it. I'm hoping that will happen again soon with Kenpo CardioX +. I hate having to think too much when I work out (not sure if that's good or not!). I'm the kind of person that needs to zone out so to speak.

Jeremy wrote a really good post on his blog and if you haven't had a chance to check it out, please do!

I also want to welcome a new Coach to the Beachbody family... Fred Todd. I first met him on the MFP boards and then over here in blog world. He's a great guy and I know he will make an excellent coach. Congratulations Fred!!

Well, that's it for me... ya'll have a great weekend!!

  3. Thanks for the welcome Christina and Ken! I have been MIA for a few days while my wife took a well deserved vacation to Florida. Having 3 kids at home by myself didn't leave much time for anything else...I certainly do appreciate my wife that much more. Please cc me at my work email since I don't get a chance to check my home email very much. Thanks: fred.j.todd@lmco.com Hopefully I don't post 2 comments on here. The last one I tried disappeared, I think.
