New Pic

Here's a little sneak peek at some new pics I just took. I'm not used to showing so much skin!! Be kind... I've been working really hard!! For those of you seeing this blog for the first time, this is after one round of P90X and 30 days or so of P90X+. I had just finished working out and it was hard to even flex!!

  2. I had a question. For P90X, do you lift to lean out, meaning 12 - 15 reps? Or do you lift heavy and max out at 8 - 10?

Just wondering how the other girls do it.

  3. Christina!
WOW!!! THAT is the perfect example of a lean, not bulky, toned musclar back! Just exactly what ever girl wants! Still look TINY...but fierce! Like a stick of dynamite!
You should be SO proud of yourself! No wonder so many people are drawn to you and your coaching business has taken off! You are what P90X and being fit is all about! Congratulations!

  4. Annie... Thank you! During my 90 days of P90X I did the 12-15 reps all the way through. Now lately, I've had to up my weights because I needed more burn so I'm doing 8-10 usually. Just make sure your last 3 reps burn and you'll be fine!

Jen... Thank you soooo much! It means a lot coming from a super fit chick like you! I have been working really hard and while I'm not too crazy about posting pics, I just had to show off a bit so people could see I'm really out here sweating my rear off. Know what I mean?

  5. You look amazing!! Can I ask you a question? I just started my first round of P90X and Im on day 3. My question is, did you eat all the food on the meal plan? It just seems like soooooo much I can't even fit it all in my stomach.....

  6. Michelle... First off, way to go on starting the X!! You're in for a life changing good time and you won't be sorry! Yes, it's a lot of food and I didn't quite understand how I could be on fat shredder and have to eat soooo much!! What I learned from it all is that the nutrition plan totally works. Eating the right way to fuel your body is what it's all about. It's a lot of food, but it's the RIGHT food that will boost your metabolism and help you bring it hard during the workout so you build muscle and burn fat. I was exactly like you, I had to choke down everything and I didn't think there was any way on earth I could lose weight by eating so much. But I did and I learned how to eat healthy! You will too! Keep up the hard work and it will pay off!! Thanks for stopping by my blog!

  9. Thank you so much for helping a beginer like me out :0) The P90X community has been great!! I have another silly beginer question if you don't mind.....if the meal plan indicates you should eat 6 oz of chicken, is that pre cooked weight or post? Also, I would love to help you advance with your coaching but Im not sure how I would go about that. Is there a way I can buy my products through you?

  10. Michelle... No problem! I love helping people with there questions! The meat weight should be pre-cooked. I'd love to be your coach... all you have to do is click on "sign up for my free coaching" at the top of this blog and it will link you to a page to input your info and assign me as your coach. Email me at cjbranson@hotmail.com if you have any questions or problems!
