New Hybrid Round

Ok... I'm here finally typing a new blog post. Is anyone even still out there reading? I'm friends with a bunch of you on FB so if we're not friends yet, look me up!

Jeremy and I have started a new round but we're doing a P90X/P90X+/One on One with Tony Horton hybrid. Jeremy has come up with a killer schedule and today was day 3. Shoulders & Arms and Abs Core+. It was brutal but I LOVED it! Here is the schedule he came up with. If you want to do it with us, feel free! Haven't heard from anyone in a while.... post a comment and let me know how you are!

Phase I
Weeks 1 & 2: (OOO = One on One w/Tony Horton)
Day 1 - P90X - Chest & Back and Ab RipperX
Day 2 - P90X - Plyometrics
Day 3 - P90X/P90X+ - Shoulders & Arms and Abs Core+
Day 4 - OOO - Fountain of Youth Yoga
Day 5 - P90X - Legs & Back and Ab RipperX
Day 6 - P90X+ - Kenpo Cardio+
Day 7 - P90X - X Stretch

Week 3
Day 1 - OOO - 30/15 and Ab RipperX
Day 2 - P90X+ - IntervalX+
Day 3 - P90X/P90X+ - Shoulders & Arms and Abs Core+
Day 4 - Day 4 - OOO - Fountain of Youth Yoga
Day 5 - P90X - Legs & Back and Ab RipperX
Day 6 - P90X+ - Kenpo Cardio+

  1. Have you consider a youtube series to promote your workouts? I know friends that love to search youtube whenever they want to learn something new. And of course you can put a link to your BB site.

  2. Yay! I am so happy for you-it must be so exciting to start a "new" workout schedule! I'm debating getting more BB programs to mix things up a little. Not that I don't LOVE me some P90X, but because I like to keep things interesting, ya know?! Insanity is sounding pretty good to me right now!!!
