What Have I Been Thinking????

Ok, it's time for me to get real, I've been DOGGIN' it!! Tonight I finally used weighted gloves for the first time ever. We did Cardio X and I of course didn't use them during the Yoga portion but the rest of the way I had them on. Oh my goodness... talk about upping the intensity, heart rate, sweat... I have been missing out! I guess I just really hadn't thought about using them but I'm glad I finally have! They will be a must have for me from now on and I highly recommend them to anyone who is anxious to get the burn going.

Many of you have probably used them a lot and for a long time but I know there has to be some out there like me who really never thought about using them for whatever reason. So, give them a shot people!

I want to give a shout out to Jamee... Your blog is so wonderful and I would love to post comments to you but it doesn't allow it I guess so... I'm not sure if that's how you've set it up, and if it is, then great, but if you want comments from us loyal followers :o), something in there needs to be changed. :o) Ya'll really need to check her blog out!! I hope you don't think you've been ignored because there haven't been any comments! Keep up the great work my friend!

  1. Thanks for the tip on the gloves. I have a pair of the sculpting gloves but was thinking about giving it away. I'll try them out with Kenpo X tomorrow!

  2. I'm thinking about getting the gloves too..I've been using light dumbbells and ankle weights when I feel like I need to up the intensity, and like you said..it WORKS! The gloves probably feel better on your hand though!
